Reasonable color contrast ratios

3. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Structure

CommunityMarket.ca operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. A significant portion of on-site content (including product descriptions, images, storefront branding, and PDFs) is uploaded by independent third-party Vendors.
3.1 Vendor Content Responsibility
Vendors are required under their Vendor Agreement to:
Provide accurate product information
Avoid discriminatory or inaccessible content
Use available tools (e.g., image alt-text fields) where provided

3.2 Platform Role Regarding Vendor Content
CMarket Ltd.:
Provides structured content fields designed to support accessibility
May provide guidance to Vendors on accessibility best practices
Does not manually audit every Vendor-uploaded asset
Does not guarantee full WCAG conformity of third-party content
Where accessibility barriers are reported, we will make reasonable efforts to:
Notify the Vendor
Request corrective action
Provide alternative access where feasible

4. Known Limitations

Due to the evolving nature of technology and third-party integrations, certain limitations may occur, including:
Vendor-uploaded PDFs that are not screen-reader optimized
Third-party payment processor interfaces
Embedded media without captions (if Vendor-

provided)
These limitations do not reflect a lack of commitment, and we actively review improvements over time.
