Claims submitted without photographic evidence may be denied. Materials may be shared with Vendors or financial institutions for dispute resolution. ⚠ Claims submitted without required photographic evidence may be denied. ⚠ Submitted materials become part of the official dispute record and may be shared with the Vendor, payment processor, financial institution, regulatory authority, or court where required. CMarket Ltd. may retain submitted evidence, metadata, timestamps, and associated order records for dispute resolution, chargeback defense, regulatory compliance, or legal proceedings. ⚠ delivery claim notice (important): For Delivery Issue claims: The Platform will review proof-of-delivery documentation, including delivery photos and system timestamps. Where delivery has been completed in accordance with Platform Delivery Guidelines and proof exists, risk of loss may transfer to the Customer at the time of documented delivery. Theft, weather exposure, or third-party interference occurring after confirmed delivery may not qualify for refund. Failure to engage in good-faith dispute resolution prior to filing a chargeback may result in account suspension or restriction.
